I had the great pleasure of working with Angela to sell an older home I had which had unfortunately stagnated on the market. Angela took on the challenge and immediately came up with a plan to sell the home quickly, and at a fair and reasonable price. Angela personally walked through the home with me to understand and highlight the home’s positives while also doing additional research on the market and how to competitively price the home for the current conditions. She then setup staging for the home, which I previously lack and it made a world of difference. Previously, I had the home listed for 4 months without a successful sale, but when Angela took over it went pending in a week and closed within a month. I chalk this up to her great and outgoing personality, her energetic approach to representation and her and her team’s responsiveness and communications throughout the process.
